Christina is a Minnesota-based, multidisciplinary artist and high school art teacher. She loves working in the field of education, because it allows her to share her passion for art with so many inspirational people while continuing to learn new techniques and refine her process.

While Christina works across several media, her emphasis lies in painting. Over the last several years, she has combined her digital media and traditional art skills to develop a method that transfers graphic imagery within the mid-ground of her paintings.

Christina gathers visual inspiration from her local, natural surroundings and travel. Her most recent work explores the connections between place and memory through the pairing of topographical and celestial maps with related landscape and imagery.

Christina's work resides in dozens of public and private collections. Her paintings have been reproduced and used as wall murals, greeting cards, album art, and hang in multiple corporate institutions. Christina has received local and national recognition for her artwork, including a painting residency with The Golden Foundation (2019) and a feature in Create! Magazine, Issue 33 (2023).

"I've commissioned a number of pieces from Christina over the years and am always blown away by the end results. She is a consummate artist with a fantastic eye for detail while at the same time bringing such emotional depth to her work. And the fact that she can create such stunning pieces across many different mediums makes me appreciate her talent even more!"

"Christina is far and away one of the most talented and caring individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. She lovingly created a portrait of a pet that had passed away for me to give as a gift in remembrance. She collaborated and worked with me to choose the best resemblance of the pet as possible. It was great to work with someone who really tried to capture the essence of "Tessy", right down to the smiling eyes."

"Christina is an incredibly gifted artist! I had the pleasure of attending one of her beer and paint nights and it was a really fun experience! She is a great teacher and helped us all make our own beautiful piece to take home. Her artwork is sure to impress anyone!!"

"I have given Christina’s art as gifts and they are always loved. She does beautiful work and is a beautiful person. She is very patient with me, especially when I commission something special."

"I bought two sailboat paintings from Christina at both the Edina Art Fair and Wayzata Art Fair. They look great as a pair on the wall of my apartment which is steps from a lake! She was super nice and helpful when I was picking out which one would go with the one I had bought at the previous fair! I would definitely recommend her art because it is so pretty!"

"Christina is a professional from start to finish. She made a custom painting for my Dad’s 70th birthday, and we couldn’t have been more pleased!"

"Christina shares her talents with the world in so many different ways . . . each as beautiful and unique as the next. I've enjoyed her porcelain dishes and mugs daily, and feel lucky to have worked with her on multiple pieces as gifts for family members, for over 10 years. Her paintings and drawings are highlighted in each home they enter as the love and care she adds flourishes in each creation. I will continue to add to my personal collection of Christina's treasures as she brings new creativity to her art."
